123Roofers.ca is operated by MaxiFlow Media. These terms describe the website and referral service. Updated October 22, 2026. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the referral service.
The role of 123Roofers
123Roofers connects homeowners with independent roofing contractors. It does not perform roofing work, inspect your roof or become a party to your roofing contract. General website content is a starting point for discussion and does not replace a property assessment.
Requests and contractor availability
A request may be shared with up to 3 suitable contractors when live submissions are enabled and you consent. Responses, appointments, pricing and availability are not guaranteed. The current form is a preview with no submission endpoint and does not send a live referral. An emergency request does not guarantee immediate assistance.
Choosing a contractor
You decide whether to hire. Check relevant experience, insurance information, references and written terms. Agree on scope, payment, scheduling, change approvals, cleanup and warranty directly with the contractor. Submitting a site request is free; contractors may charge for assessments or emergency visits, so confirm fees in advance.
Information you submit
Provide accurate information and only upload material you have permission to share. Do not submit misleading requests, spam or unrelated personal information. The Privacy Policy explains request information and sharing choices.
Questions and changes
Raise questions about roofing work, charges or warranties with the contractor responsible. Site terms may be updated here as the service changes. A dedicated operator enquiry channel has not yet been published. These terms do not remove rights that apply under applicable law.
