Privacy Policy
How information submitted through this site is handled.
About this service
123Roofers.ca is a roofing referral service operated by MaxiFlow Media. This notice describes information provided through the site. Updated October 22, 2026.
Information you choose to provide
A roofing request asks for your name, telephone number, email address, property location, roofing needs, timing and project description. You may upload photos. Avoid including unrelated personal details, financial information or images of people who have not agreed to be included.
Purpose and sharing
When a live submission channel is connected, the consent in the request form allows your request, contact details and optional photos to be shared with up to 3 suitable independent roofing contractors so they can respond. Contractors handle information they receive under their own practices. Ask them directly about those practices before providing additional information.
Current form availability
The current quote form has no submission endpoint configured. It displays a preview message and does not send the request or selected photos through the form. Visiting the site may still involve technical information processed by hosting services to deliver the pages.
Hosting, storage and your choices
Hosting providers may process technical information such as network addresses and request logs. This notice does not establish a retention period or claim that every provider stores information in Canada. Do not submit sensitive information. You can choose not to submit a request or provide photos. To stop contact from a contractor, contact that business directly.
Privacy enquiries and notice updates
A dedicated privacy enquiry channel has not yet been published on this site. Retention details, provider information and a process for access, correction or withdrawal enquiries need to be confirmed by the operator before live request collection is enabled. Any updated notice will be posted here. See the Terms for the service model.
